Wood Pellet Warehouse

Groupe de Scieries GDS in collaboration with Quebec Stevedoring Limited ("QSL"), an existing terminal operator at the Port of Belledune, is looking to construct a wood pellet storage facility on Terminal 3.  This construction is poised to create efficiencies in cargo handling.  The Port has become an important player in the wood pellet sector growth in export markets through previous construction and this project will support this continued growth.

Latest update

August 09 2022 – The Belledune Port Authority issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
