2019-11-12 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
2019-11-20 – Because of changes to the project description, there are no requirements under the IAA for this project. The building to be constructed will have a footprint of no more than 1,000 m2 on developed land, with no impact to a water body and no disturbance of subsurface contamination. The parking lot, considered a physical work related to a building, will have a footprint of less than 1,000 m2.
