Reconstruction of a helipad at Cap-Colombier site

The Canadian Coast Guard wants to replace a wooden helipad at the Cap-Colombier site, along the Saint-Laurent River. The site houses a fixed navigation aid that is only accessible by helicopter. The helipad is therefore necessary to carry out the inspections and maintenance required for this infrastructure. The work will involve dismantling the existing helipad, building the new helipad with concrete foundations, and transporting materials and waste by helicopter. The new helipad will be located near the existing helipad.
