Residential Development 42-R Phase 2

The project consists of the development of 44 lots in the community of Pessamit. The plans and specifications are in progress. A small intermittent stream is located on the study site and will be subject to compensation/mitigation measures.  

Latest update

Québec - December 13, 2022. Indigenous Services Canada has determined that the proposed 44 lot development project in the community of Pessamit is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
