Subdivision Phase III- Tobique First Nation

The objectives of the proposed Subdivision, Phase III-Tobique First Nation project are focused on establishing a residential subdivision for the community. The project's primary objectives are as follows:

  • Construction of a new +/- 500 m roadway to service up to 25 lots.  Work includes servicing the new roadway with water services from the Reservoir Road extension and sanitary servicing from Main Street through a new trunk sewer to the new subdivision.
  • New 20.0 m wide right-of-way with a 10.0 m wide roadway and roadside ditches to convey runoff.

Latest update

June 1, 2021– Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/139266 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
