Upgrade Parking Lot K17, K18 & K19 - 5th Canadian Division Support Base, Gagetown

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project which will involve the activities and components related to the upgrade of the parking lot of K17, K18 and K19. The Project will include removal of existing concrete and asphalt for the parking lot, paving of the lot and ongoing maintenance and operation of the lot. As such, the Project will include the following components and activities to be carried forward in the assessment of environmental effects: mobilization/demobilization; removal of existing concrete and asphalt, upgrade of the parking lot, maintenance and operation of the lot and the potential for accidents, malfunctions, and unplanned events.


Latest update

March 15, 2024— The Department of National Defence issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
