Construction of a service building in the parking lot of the Cap-des-Rosiers beach

The service building is a sanitary building. A little clearing is necessary for the construction. The water supply for the building will be provided by a well to be built on a piece of land in the Park, either north of provincial highway 132 or near the building. A Bionest- or Ecoflo-type system will be built for water treatment.
