Pumphouse Roof Replacement & Ditch Drainage Improvements

The Kinnie Brook pumphouse, a vital component of Fundy National Park's water infrastructure since 1959–1960, needs repairs. The roof, original to the building, has deteriorated significantly, with leaks threatening electrical systems and a dense buildup of vegetation accelerating its decline. Compounding the issue, ineffective drainage has resulted in water pooling around the foundation, causing freeze-thaw damage and cracks in the building's exterior. To ensure the continued functionality and integrity of this essential facility, both roof replacement and drainage improvements are critical.
