Replace roof of building at 4200 Labelle Street, Ottawa

Inside Edge Properties (on behalf of Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services) is to execute a project to replace the roof (approx. 1,900 m2) on the existing building at 4200 Labelle Street, Ottawa, ON in spring 2026. The physical work encompasses replacement of the roofing and insulation system, rough carpentry to raise parapets and curbs, installation of sheet metal flashings, sealants, retrofit roof drains, and coordination with rooftop mechanical and electrical services.

April 14, 2026 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
