Multi-Unit Construction Project - Buctouche First Nation

The project will include the construction of a multi-unit residential building (944sqft per unit, 4-5 units), for a total project footprint of 1.2 acres on undeveloped lands. Additional construction activities include site clearing and grubbing, installation of a septic tank, water distribution lines, culverts, driveway construction and final landscaping.

July 14, 2025 - Indigenous Services Canada and CMHC issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
