ATCO Gate Station (71274)

ATCO is proposing a line heater upgrade/replacement and natural gas regulator upgrades at the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation Gate Station. The project will include ground disturbance as the scope includes installing structural piles, trenching of underground power cables, piping modification, and some civil touch-ups including gravel placement within the fenced area.

September 2, 2026 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
