Muskowekwan Gas Bar & Convenience Store has requested ISC to authorize a s. 53 lease for the currently operating  gas bar & convenience store located on Lot 111 in Section 12, Township 27, Range 15, West of the Second Meridian shown on Plan No 107368 of the Canada Lands Survey Records and shown on Plan 102285020 in the Saskatchewan Land Surveys Directory containing 1.4 ha (3.459 acres).  The tank registration numbers are Gas EC 00008330 and Diesel Clear EC 00027642.  There is an emergency response plan available.

November 2, 2020 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/136575 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
