Pasqua First Nation Elders's Centre

Pasqua First Nation is proposing the construction of a new Elder care facility. The proposed facility will include 12 suites in an apartment-like complex. The building will be 2,276 m2 (24,500 ft2), comprised of main Floor, 1,548 m2 (16,660 ft2), and a basement barea of 728 m2 (7,840 ft2) and located between the new subdivision and the Pasqua Administration Offices and Band Hall. There is an existing road that will provide access to the building and the site is already fully serviced with piped water and sewer. The building will require the intallation of new power and gas utilities.

August 25, 2023 - Indigenous Services Canada has determined that the proposed Pasqua First Nation Elder's Center is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
