The Key First Nation Subdivision

The Key First Nation is proposing to construct a new subdivision development project which will consist of 24 residential housing lots, complete with underground utility installations, site roadways and ditching, lot grading, and construction of a new sewage pumping station. The proposed site is approximately 18 ha and located approximately 1.5 km south of the community core area and is currently utilized as pasture grazing / hay lands. The proposed layout of the subdivision utilizes the existing open areas for lot and roadway development, and therefore, minimal tree clearing is required.
