New Fibre Installation

Westman Communications plans to install underground fiber optic cabling, for Internet purposes, to all residential homes in the Riding Mountain National Park. The project involves the installation of approximately 1.4km of underground fiber optic cable from the south entrance of Riding Mountain National Park along the edge of Highway 10 to the intersection of Highway 10 and Mooswa Drive East

The cable is to be buried by directional drilling, trenching, or using existing conduits, or a combination of these methods in existing roadway alignments.
