Northeast end of Clear Lake Cabin area storm water catch basin, drainage pipe and dissipation pool

A storm water catch basin will be excavated into an existing gravel road at the north end of the Clear Lake cabin area and fitted with a drainage pipe that will extend approximately 10 feet into a previously undisturbed vegetated area where a rock dissipation pool will be constructed with soil, clay and rocks.

December 2, 2021 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Parks Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
