Gas Station Construction Saskatoon

This project entails the construction costs of a new gas station and convenience store at 1215 Claypool Drive in Saskatoon.  The building size is 584 m2. Please see the attached are architectural plans. The project activities includes the following: area grading, roads, parking lot, sidewalks, curb & gutter, water mains, sewer mains, storm water mains, natural gas services, electrical services, telecommunication services, fuel tanks and building. Any waste generated from the construction of this project will be disposed at the City of Saskatoon Landfill. An emergency spill plan is available. The tanks will be registered with ECCC once they have been ordered. The operation will comply with the Storage Tanks and Petroleum Allied Products regulations. Ongoing garbage waste produced by the operation will be removed by a contractor.

October 26, 2021 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination Notice of determination for the Gas Station Construction Saskatoon - Canada.ca (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
