September 3, 2023 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Infrastructure Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

June 20, 2024 – Infrastructure Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
