This project involves the commercial development of a coffee shop and gas station. Site preparation activities will include geo-technical studies, surveys, and environmental studies.

The Saskatoon Airport Authority permits the lease of the 45th & Airport Holdings Ltd. commercial development on its property and is therefore the lead authority on this project. 

Environmental description includes greenfield surrounded by industrial/commercial land.
