Kahkewistahaw First Nation - Mamawi Business Center

Kahkewistahaw First Nation is proposing the development of a new two story office building on the Kahkewistahaw Landing urban reserve development in the City of Saskatoon. The proposed building will be 24,332 sq ft. The land is already fully serviced with water, sewer and storm water infrastructure and paved roads.  This proposed project is located west of existing commercial developments.

March 25, 2024 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination Notice of Determination for the Kahkewistahaw First Nation Office Building (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
