Proposed Subdivision project involves excavation and earthwork to provide drainage and flood protection, curb and gutter drainage system, installation of 300 and 200 mm sewer mains, 150 mm water mains, building services, shallow utilities, roadway construction, and a new sewage pumping station and 200 mm force main to service approximately 120 lots.
