Construct Multi Level Parking Garage –5 CDSB, Gagetown

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing a project. As part of Canadian Army modernization efforts, increase in number of military and civilian personnel working inside Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Gagetown is expected in the coming years. As a result, the D- zone buildings that primarily accommodate most of the large operational units will see increase in demand for parking. The current availability of parking around the D-zone is limited and there are new buildings being planned that limit the development of new surface parking lots. This project is being planned to design and construct Multi level Parking garage building to accommodate about 400-500 new parking spaces. The new building will be approximately 40m x 75m in the vacant lot and will be at least 4 stories above ground. The total height of construction is expected to be approximately 20-25 m.
