Fredericton Farm Services Building Replacement Project

Project Description:

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada intends to build a new 1,326 m2 farm services building and demolish an old 2,060 m2 building at the Fredericton Research and Development Center. The development work will also include: 1. road and parking lot improvements, 2. utility hookups, and 3. building landscaping.

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is inviting public comments until July 1, 2026 respecting that determination.
