This project involves the of the renovation and expansion of the Airport Firehall. Site preparation activities will include geo-technical studies, surveys, and environmental studies.

The Saskatoon Airport Authority is the leaseholder for this development on its property and is therefore the lead authority on this project. 

Environmental description includes greenfield surrounded by industrial/commercial land.

2026-08-17– The Saskatoon Airport Authority intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the Firehall project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the Saskatoon Airport Authority is/are inviting public comments until 2026-09-17 respecting that determination.
