Replacement of the Burn and Demolition Site - Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Valcartier

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project to replace a burn and demolition site with a reactive membrane for contaminant filtration. It is also planned to improve the burn table area by increasing the surface area of the concrete slab and adding a runoff collection system. The ultimate goal of the project is to significantly reduce the amount of contaminants leaching into the water table.
