Wastewater System Upgrades - Acadia First Nation

The Project includes wastewater system upgrades located on the Acadia First Nation property. This  includes the replacement and construction of sanitary sewers and lift stations within existing rights-of-ways.  The proposed project intends to provide for full community servicing to the Town of Yarmouth municipal wastewater system, including planned future developments.


Latest update

June 29, 2020 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/135227 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
