Upgrade of the Windigo Island Docking Infrastructure Accessibility

The Project focuses on the design and construction of a steel pipe dock. The project scope includes the drilling of steel pipes into the bedrock, a steel I beam frame with cross bracing installed on top, skirting, a top travel surface, ramps and floating docks. The Project aims to address public health and safety concerns; reduce the probability of asset failure and service interruptions; achieve service levels and key performance indicators established by the asset management plan; and reduce lifecycle costs.
