St. John's AAFC Research and Development Centre Waterline Upgrade Project

Project Description:

The St. John's Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Research and Development Centre will be replacing approximately 300 m of water main pipeline from Commander Place, Mount Pearl Newfoundland to the AAFC Research Centre. This work involves connecting to the City of Mount Pearl's existing water infrastructure, crossing under a road, stream and AAFC's farmland. This project is an addition to the previously posted St. John's Building Retrofit Project (#81001).

The public comment period on the project is closed. Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects..
