Buffalo River Dene Nation Subdivision Stage 4

This project includes the Planning, Design, Tender and constructionof a Proposed Stage 4 subdivision located south of the existing Stage 3 subdivision. The project construction phase includes,  clearing and grubbing this fiscal year (Oct 2020 to March 2021) to mitigate against nesting habitat of wild life. Construction is planned to commence early spring which includes constructing roadways, contouring for adequate drainage, installing water & sewer lines, service connections, streetlighting, power, and Grading and filling of approximately 50 residential lots.

November 2, 2020 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/136580 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
