Septic System Installation and Washroom Construction

The purpose of this project is to install a new sewage disposal system (septic system), bathroom, and trenching for utilities and plumbing on a commercial property to support the experience of campers, staff, and visitors.
The project works will include site preparation, excavation, installation of the septic tank, construction of a new washroom, trenching for utilities, regrading, and revegetation. During this work, proper erosion and sediment control practices will be installed as required, equipment will be driven in the area around the excavation, and fill will be stockpiled on site. The new septic system will be in compliance with the 2012 Ontario Building Code, as amended.
