Nav Canada Pearson Localizer 23 Remote Unit

Nav Canada intends to install a new foundation for a 40 foot tower for a new Remote Unit Multilateration antenna and associated equipment. The tower will be located at Toronto Pearson International Airport south of Derry Road and north of 05 Approach Service road. Power will be supplied from Localizer 23 which will require directional bore and installation of 2-50mm poly conduits. 

Latest update

October 13, 2021 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The GTAA is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
