Sterling Fuels Windsor - upgrades to facilities and operations

Sterling Fuels provides a full range of fuelling products and services throughout the Great Lakes.  As part of the federal Green Shipping Corridor Project funding, Sterling Fuels at their Windsor location will be adding on to the current infrastructure at its facility at 3600 Russell Street, Windsor. The work includes:

- Upgrading rail track and operations for Diesel and BioFuel offloading by adding new pumps and piping;

- Installation of a new BioFuel truck offloading station; and

- Installation of new piping to transfer both products throughout the facility as well as an additional truck blending and loading station for BioFuels.   

There is no in-water work.    All work at 3600 Russell Street will be completed within the existing footprint of the facility.
