Septic Tank Decommissioning

Decommissioning of the existing Septic Holding tank for the brick and mortar building
following all environmental regulations:
- Install environmental protection
- Remove contaminated substances from within the septic tank
- Scan for utilities
- Excavate soils to expose structure
- Remove structure
- Backfill area and install pavements where disturbed
Note: The site has possible soil contamination. Moreover, there is a high chance of groundwater contamination due to leaching from the septic tank.
