Floating Dock Relocation at Harbour Round SCH, NL

The proposed project at Harbour Round  SCH includes the relocation of an existing floating dock system from its current location, in the southeast of the property, to the north. Two floating docks, or a singular floating dock system, will be moved to the approximate mid-point of the northern marginal wharf and installed perpendicularly. The floating dock system will be floated over to its new location and anchored in place.

Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

July 7, 2026 – The federal authorities intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the federal authorities are inviting public comments until August 7, 2026 respecting that determination.
