Construction of a new breakwater and service area at the Grand quai des pêcheurs - Blanc-Sablon, Côte-Nord

The proposed project consists primarily of the construction of a new breakwater northeast of the harbour. It is planned to set up a riprap over a distance of approximately 250 m by about 30 m wide from the north shore in an easterly direction to achieve this. Also, the current service area will be extended over a distance of approximately 30 m long by 30 m wide.
