Sheshatshiu Innu First Nation Gas Bar and Store

Proposed construction of a gas bar and store. Construction work will include site grading, parking lot, water/sewer services, construction of gas bar, installation of underground storage tanks and store.

Environmental factors to be considered: surface and groundwater impacts, impacts to land, impacts to flora and fauna, species at risk, migratory birds, impacts to fish habitat, impacts to air and noise-sensitive receptors, construction waste disposal and installation of fuel tanks.
