JP Forestry & Environmental Ltd. is proposing to construct a new rock-filled, steel sheet pile loading dock (61m x 12m) and two dolphin piers (10m x 12m each) in Wilbourne Bay, Goose Bay, NL. The dock will be constructed to support a conveyor belt that will be used to load ships with 1.2m x 1.2m round bales of wood chips, to be exported (between May and November) to European markets as fuel for biomass burning electrical plants.
