Installation of a concrete slab and a new 50,000 L reservoir at Sept-Îles airport

Air Liaison inc. wishes to install a new 50,000 L JETA-1 tank next to an existing tank containing the same product, at the Sept-Îles airport. The project calls for the construction of a concrete slab to accommodate the new tank. This tank will be connected to the distribution system of the existing 50,000-liter tank.

September 4, 2026 – Transport Canada has determined that the proposed installation of a refuelling tank at the Sept-Îles airport is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
