Whitesand First Nation - Lot Servicing Project

Whitesand First Nation proposed this project to service and prepare 19 lots to accommodate future houses. Each lot is planned to be 40 m x 60 m (2,400 m²) within the community. Physical activities include earth works related to site preparation and clearing, drainage, service extensions for water and hydro, and future septic installations.


Latest update

June 17, 2025 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause adverse environmental effects.
