CU472: Tthebatthı Dënésułıné Nation Band Administration & CFS Community Building
Tthebatthı Dënésułıné Nation proposes the construction and operation of a new Band Administration & Child & Family Services Community Building on its lands at Thabacha Nare IR No. 196A. The proposed location consists of a cleared lot which was recently added to reserve and was previously used for as a wildland wildfire rapid attack base of operations. The building design includes a 1,783 square meter structure and a total building site footprint of 15,575 square meters. The facility will feature a dedicated outdoor gathering space and fire pit, designated Elder's parking stalls, accessible circulation, and areas intended to support community, family, administrative, and cultural activities.
