Bearskin Lake First Nation - Micro Subdivision Development

Bearskin Lake First Nation is proposing the development of a micro subdivision. It will involve tree clearing, grubbing, grading construction of a 100 meter road access, service installations and extensions, and construction of the 18-lots. Each lot will have a footprint of approximately 500-700 meter squared (m2). 


Latest update

August 11, 2026 - Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments until September 11, 2026 respecting that determination.
