Construction of second road access leading to the community

To this date, there is only one road access to the community, via Tom Rankin Street. If Tom Rankin Street is blocked for any given reason, no other vehicular means are possible. For this reason, the community desires to develop a second road access to the community, at the intersection of Route 109 and Harricana Street. This new trajectory would connect to Migwam Street, which is already built and fully functional, and would be approximately 780 metres in length.
