Witsuwit'en Child and Family Services Centre

Witset First Nation is proposing the construction of the Witsuwit'en Child and Family Services Centre. The Project will include the construction of a new 4600 sqft facility.  This will create a hub comprised of a daycare, offices, counseling rooms, boardroom, community kithen, multi-purpose room, after school youth drop-in centre, and community cultural space.  This will provide a space that is safe, accessible, confidential, and culturally/age appropriate for the delivery of First Nation child and families services in the community.  Excavation will occur to create the ground level basement foundation within an area of existing parking lot.
