Independent Review Panel Needed

Please appoing a review panel for the Castle Project as soon as possible.  I'm concerned about the expansion of mining in the Elk Valley, and the deleterious effects it will have on the environment and that natural species it supports.  I want to ensure that the environmental impacts are properly assessed before this project goes forwart, and a review panel is needed to ensure the process is open, transparent, based on solid science from the best available experts, and that there are enoguth opportunities for the public to be heard.  Thank you.
