Draft outline in support of the corridor into the ROF.

The input assembled in the attached scheduals will summarize  4 specific challenges that may impact the designing of an access route into the ROF. Controversial impacts are merely studies that will inevitably coexist with the construction phase. Although at any rate, what this project needs now are boots on the ground. I am in support of correct progression that would enable an access route for extraction of minerals in the ring of fire area. Scheduals 1-6 are included in the attached documentation which I hope will address the anticipated difficulties that pre-empt completion of a throughway.
