Marathon Palladium Project - Draft Amended Joint Review Panel Agreement and Terms of Reference

NRCan has reviewed the Draft Amended Joint Review Panel Agreement and Terms of Reference in Appendix, and has noted no significant changes related to provision of expertise by federal authorities, and understands public hearings may be held electronically if they cannot be held in a public space, as well as information and/or knowledge provided will be placed on the Registry. NRCan has no further comments.
