  • Potential Condition Comments 4.1 The Proponent shall measure, prior to construction, baseline light trespass and glare at the eight sites identified by the Proponent in table 4.5 of the document entitled Technical Data Report Light (Appendix E.8) (Canadian Impact Assessment Registry Reference Number 80100, Document Number 57).
