EnCana/Cenovus Shallow Gas Infill Project at Canadian Forces Base Suffield – Establishment of Timelines under CEAA 2012

With the coming into force on July 6, 2012, of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012(CEAA 2012), timelines for the decision statement for the EnCana/Cenovus Shallow Gas Infill project are required to be in accordance with CEAA 2012.

The federal Minister of the Environment has provided timelines for this project as follows:

• The timeline for the decision statement is 150 days (five months) from coming into force of CEAA 2012 (December 3, 2012).
