[Project Name] – Public Comments Invited

March 05, 2024 – The Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) must determine whether the proposed Tootinaowaziibeeng - CHRT 41 - Wellness Centre, located in Tootinaowaziibeeng, Manitoba, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

Construction of a Prevention Office (889.8 square meters), an Itinerant 6 Unit accommodation (213.3 square meters) as well as a 3 bedroom (168.8 square meters) and 4 bedroom (180.7 square meters) transition homes utilizing both helical screw pile and ICF concrete as foundations. Serviced with well water, septic fields and Manitoba hydro.The project intention is to construct a Family Wellness Centre in Tootinaowaziibeeng.
