The Proposed Project

Phase III of this residential development project in Nutashkuan is located in the eastern sector of the community. It involves the creation of 550 m of linear street and the shaping of 28 buildable lots. The development will require the installation of infrastructure such as trench drainage storm sewer pipes, sanitary sewer pipes and street paving. This will require preparatory work such as: clearing and grubbing of the site right-of-way, draining the site, etc.

The total footprint of the project is approximately 31 800 m2. An area of 2900 m2 of wetlands (shrub swamp and marsh) within the site will be backfilled. A compensation project for the loss of wetlands will be developed.
